Ukukhulisa Abantwana Ezindlini Lendaweni Ezigcwele Abantu.

Ukugcina imuli yakho ingela ngozi njalo ile mpilakahle kuyaba nzima nxa uhlala endaweni eziminyeneyo, kulabantu abanengi. Nanku ongakwenza.

1. Hlala lapho okhona.

  • Ncipisa izikhathi zokuphuma lokungena endlini yakho.
  • Phuma endlini nxa ule zizathu ezibalulekile kuphela njengo kudinga ukudla kumbe usizo lwabezempilakahle.

2. Yelula umzimba nsuku zonke.

  • Khuthaza abantwana becabange imisebenzi yomzimba bengahlangani labanye abantu phandle kwendlu
  • Ukuyeqa, ukugida kumbe ukugijima bebhoda kungaba mnandi!

3. Gabela imithwalo.

  • Zama ukwabelana ngokulingana imsebenzi yasendlini,ukugcina abantwana leminye imisebenzi labanye basemdeni.
  • Dala uhlelo lwesikhathi labanye abantu abadala endlini yakho libe “lesikhathi sokusebenza” kanye “lesikhathi sokuphumula.”
  • Kulungile ukucela usizo nxa uphazamisekile, udinga ikhefu!

4. Yenza ukuthi ukugeza izandla lokuhlanzeka kube mnandi!

  • Kungaba nzima ukuthola isepa lamanzi, kodwa kuqakathekile ukuthi litshone lihlanzekile ezindlini ezigcwele abantu lapho amagcikwane angasaseka kalula!
  • Zama ukubona ukhuthi imuli yonke iyageza izandla kanengi.
  • Abantwana kabafundisane ukugeza izandla.
  • Khuthaza abantwana bangazibambi ebusweni.

5. Siza abantwana lokungabi duzane labanye (physical distancing)

  • Chasisela abantwana ukuthi balo msebenzi obalulekileyo wokuzigcina lokugcina indawo yonke iqinile ngokuzikhipha kwabanye okwesikatshana esincane.
  • Bonisa abantwana ukunakwa okuhle okwengeziweyo lapho bezama ukuzikipha duzane labanye abantu beyenza i “physical distancing”

6. Thatha ikhefu.

  • Lapho uzizwa uncindezekile kumbe ucaphukile, thatha ikhefu! Noma impefumulo ezintantu ezijulile ziyenza umehluko.
